Tickettly is the Concert ticketing app that lets users buy tickets online, which will affect users who don’t have time to go to the ticket office by allowing them to skip the order line and save time.

I conducted interviews and created personas to understand the users and their needs in the projection of the concert ticketing app. Through interviewing people I discovered two main types of users. To represent their needs and pain point I created personas.

One is working people who haven’t much time to buy tickets and are unfamiliar with ticketing apps. Another - is young people around the world that love to discover new events, and want to have language options and good-designed tickets.
